In the afternoon of September 4, 2010, Mr. Zheng Xiongwei, Global Executive Chairman of Asia-Pacific CEO Association (APCEO), led a group of participants from the WEIS 2010, which is composed of government officials, business leaders and representatives of legal and financial industries, from more than 20 countries and districts, such as United States, Germany, Canada, etc., to visit Shanxi Luan Coal Mine Group, one of the five biggest coal mine enterprises of Shanxi Province of China. The representatives studied the new industrial development there and found some opportunities for international cooperation.
